Afghan Intelligence seizes 2000 kg of explosives in Kabul

Afghan Intelligence Agency has seized 2000 Kilograms of explosives intended to be used for a terror attack in Kabul, the agency said in a press release.

Afghan National Directorate for Security has seized 2000 kilograms of explosives in Bot-e-Khak area of Kabul intended to be used for a terror attack in Capital of Kabul, the agency said in a statement.

The press release says the explosives are of Ammonium Nitrate and had been transfered within 20 Gunnies from over the Durand line to Kabul.

The agency’s statement furtheres that the terror activity organizer For Haqqani network Molavi Aziz had transferred the explosives to Kabul to conduct a terror attack in the city.
