Kabul police chief Gen Abdul Rahman Rahimi said,” We have arrested those gangs who have beaten a doctor in one of the private hospitals, they gangs were insisting for a miracle from the doctor to save the life of one his of colleagues who had been shot on the 14th anniversary of Ahmad Shah Masoud in Kabul city.”
Promising the Kabul residents for arresting other loafers and gangs who were responsible for disciplinary acts conducted on the same day in Kabul city, provoking their concerns.
Gen Rahimi has reported that 280 others who were involved in different criminal activities in Kabul were arrested in past one month.
Gangs who have created fears among the Kabul residents on the 14th anniversary of Ahmad Shah Masoud were arrested, as the result of their shootings on 7 persons including one National Directorate Security forces killed-injured, on the aspect 10 persons including one gang who had beaten that doctor were arrested.
While giving speech, the Kabul police chief Gen Abdul Rahman Rahimi said,” all those gangs who created fears among Kabul residents were arrested while holding the 14th anniversary of Ahmad Shah Masoud in Kabul city, saying they were pursuing big objects by creating chaos.”
Marking the anniversary of Ahmad Shah Masoud has been full of fears and horrors every year in the capital city of Kabul held by some of the gangs following their objects in Kabul city.
Ahmad Shah Masoud the Jahidi commander has been killed on September 9, 2001 by suicide bombers posing as journalists, wanted to conduct an interview in his location at Takhar Province Afghanistan 14 years ago.
He was also Known as the “Lion of Panjshir” the fiercely fought Soviet occupation of Afghanistan in the ’80s.
Gen Rahimi once again promised for the Kabul residents not to let gangs or others creating chaos or fears among them.
