“If we talk about the relations between Kazakhstan and Iran in the future, we can highlight a few points: in the past our relations were internal, both countries used their capacities to meet their needs. I think that we could reach more than bilateral level. For example, for transportation of products, Kazakhstan could use the Iranian territory. Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries are connected with railways and it simplifies cooperation for Kazakhstan,” the Ambassador said.
Mujtaba Damirchilu reminded that Kazakhstani side declared its readiness to establish air communication between the two countries. “Agreement aims to boost air travel between the two countries,” he said.
He added that Kazakhstan could use its transit potential in trade and economic relations between Iran, Russia, and China as well.
