Technical Problems exist in most voting centers

Haji Mohammad Muhaqiq a senior leader for stability and convergence presidential election team says, technical problems exist in some voting center in Kabul and provinces.

 Haji Mohammad Muhaqiq today in a press conference said, serious technical problems exist in voting center in sixth, seventh, 13th police zone of Kabul city and a number districts of Balkh province.
He claimed that numerous people deliberately have deprived from cast their votes.
Muhaqiq asked from officials in Independent Election Commission to solve the problems as soon as possible.
Hawa Alam Nooristani head of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission yesterday in a press conference said, taking pictures during vote is necessary and all biometric votes are acceptable, non-biometric votes unacceptable.
Mrs. Nooristani added, 445 out of 5,373 polling centers will be closed due to threat of militant attacks across the country.
Meanwhile, Khushal Sadaat deputy on security affairs for Ministry of Interior told, up to 72,000 members of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces will be deployed on the Election Day to ensure the security of the process, moreover, almost 20,000 to 30,000 forces will be available as reinforcements. 
Mrs. Sadaat encouraged all the citizens to participate today elections, as Afghan forces will spare no efforts to provide security for the voting centers.
