35mn US dollars to be put on sale by Afghanistan Central Bank
Afghanistan’s central bank, Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB), announces that the bidding process for sales of USD 35mn will begin on Saturday, 15 August 2015 (24/05/1394).

DAB has requested qualified dealers and commercial banks who already have kept one million and five hundred thousand Afghanis as a guarantee with the Bank to participate in the bidding.
Participants can obtain the bidding forms at 9:00 AM on 24/05/1394 from the Bank’s headquarter in Kabul city and from the provincial centers in Herat, Jalalabad, Kandahar, Kunduz, Mazar-e-Sharif, and Gardez.
The forms will need to be submitted to the concerned authorities by 9:30AM. The winning bidders are required to settle their payments by the end of the day (T+1).
Those dealers who have not paid the aforementioned guarantee amount to the central bank can pay it to the Bank a day before the bidding starts and can participate in future bids.
Partial settlements are not allowed by the Bank and the bidders are required to submit their guarantee up front during the period specified by the Bank.
