45 Afghan drugs trafficking routes passing through Kyrgyzstan destroyed in 2015

In 2015, 45 routes of trafficking of Afghan drugs through Kyrgyzstan were detected and destroyed, the Kyrgyzstan State Drugs Control Service reported.

The total weight of seized illicit drugs was 335.855 kg, including 117.284 kg of heroin, 20.182 kg of opium and198.389 kg of hashish. Aki Press reported.

As a result of joint activities with the anti-drugs services of foreign states, it was possible to seize 169.313 kg of drugs originated in Afghanistan for over $759,000.
