Afghanistan and Britain expand ties

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with British special envoy on Afghanistan and Pakistan of his office.
In the meeting, both sides exchanged view on bilateral relations and regional issues as well as US new strategy on Afghanistan and South Asia.
Representing the government and people of Afghanistan, President Ghani appreciated Britain’s cooperation over the last year.
Furthermore, the British special representative assured his country’s continued cooperation with Afghanistan.
