Afghan delegation left for Doha
A delegation comprising of political figures, former Jihadi leaders, governmental officials, representatives of the women and youths left Kabul for Doha on Saturday.

The delegation will participate in intra-Afghan dialogue which is expected to kick off in Qatari capital on Sunday.
The conference will be co-hosted by Qatar and Germany and will continue for two days in Doha.
According to reports, some of the key figures who will participate in the conference include Hekmat Khalil Karzai, Syed Mansoor Naderi, Rangin Dadfar Spanta, Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal, Fawzia Koofi, Anarkali Honaryar, Haji Din Mohammad, Habiba Sarabi, Syed Hamid Gilani, Saleh Mohammmad Saljoqi, Naderi Naderi, and Mateen Bek.
The U.S. envoy for Afghan peace Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad informed regarding the scheduled conference last week.
Ambassador Khalilzad said in a Twitter post that Germany and Qatar have agreed to host the conference from 7-8 July.
He also added “This dialogue is an essential element of the four-part peace framework and an important step in advancing the Afghan Peace Process.”
Ambassador Khalilzad made the announcement amid ongoing talks with the Taliban political leaders.
The 7th round of the talks between the U.S. and Taliban representatives kicked off in Qatari capital of Doha few days back.
