Afghan forces arrested 3 loyalists of Deash group in Nangarhar

Afghan security forces have arrested 3 loyalists of the Daesh terror group in eastern Nangarhar province.

According to the media office of Nangarhar governor, operatives of National Directorate for Security have arrested 3 loyalists of the terror group Deash in Achin district of eastern Nangarhar province.

 

The office also said the detainees have also confessed to their crimes.

 

They also confessed they had been involved in Shinwari district’s conflicts.

 

Media office of the governor of Nangarhar identifies the detainees as Abdel Qhayoum from Farah, Hazratuddin and Abdel Malik both from Kunar province.

 

Daesh group has reportedly made inroads in some remote districts and areas of eastern Nangarhar province.

 

Nangarhar province is located in eastern part of Afghanistan and has 20 administrative districts with Jalal Abad serving as its capital.
