Jewelers in Kuduz: Security improved, goldsmithing flourished

“When our children went to school, we, the parents and family members, were worried about their coming back but following the Taliban taking over not only has the security been improved but our jobs and business are also flourished.

 Following the recent developments, goldsmithing job has, once again, been flourished, security is improved and the work environment is safe enough said a numbers of jewelers in Kunduz province

Regretting the past insecurity, they said cases of abductions and stick-up were high in Kunduz, but following the Islamic Emirate coming to power the security has been improved.  

“When our children went to school, we, the parents and family members, were worried about their coming back but following the Taliban taking over not only has the security been improved but our jobs and business are also flourished” Khan Mohammad Kheir Khan, the head of jewelers` union, told Raha News Agency in Kunduz province

Calling on international community to release Afghanistan blocked reverses, other jewelers in Kunduz describe security and work environment as convenient.

Shokrullah Wafa, a jeweler, ask Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to create job opportunities for people and help them with their life expenses in coming winter.    

This is while jewelers and traders in the past worried about insecurity in Kunduz which caused their jobs obstacles, but know they are satisfied with their jobs,
