Most government land occupied by people in power

While talking to the gathering, President Ghani said that a “loud voice” from people is required in saying no to the corruption.

The President did not name an individual but said those who are corrupted are adding up to destruction instead of accountability.

Few months before, Hasht-e-Sobh newspaper published a report revealing that only in Nangarhar province 300,000 Jireebs of government land has been occupied by people in power.

The names of prominent Jihadi leaders Abdul Rab Rasoul Sayaf and Sayed Ishaq Gilani were among the leading names of the occupiers.
