Taliban insurgents have executed five Afghan forces and a civilian in a desert court in western Farah province, local officials said.

Mohammad Malyar a security official in Farah police HQ told Raha that Taliban insurgents on Monday executed five Afghan forces and a civilian in a desert court in Bakwa district of the western Farah province.
He said there were three Afghan national army soldiers and two police soldiers who were executed by Taliban militants.
Police launched investigation into the incident to arrest those being guilty. Said Malyar.
Taliban militants however have yet to make any comments on the report.
It is not the first time that Taliban militants execute Afghan forces in desert courts across the country.
