Taliban torture an ex-Afghan national army(ANA) officer+video
Lieutenant Colonel Rahmat ul Lah Qaderi, the ex-commander of Battalion of ex-Afghan National Army(ANA) in Kabul 15th district was arrested and severely tortured by Islamic Emirate forces.

A video clip circulated on social media Today Monday December 27, shows Mr. Rahmat ul Lah Qaderi, the ex-commander of Battalion of ex-Afghan National Army(ANA) is being tortured by two Islamic Emirate forces.
Regarding the torture case, Saeed Khosti, the spokesperson in Islamic Emirate ministry of interior said investigations are underway to find the torturers.
