Traders in Farah met Islamic Emirate governor to discuss their problems

Mowlawi Abdul Khaleq Abed, the Islamic Emirate governor in Farah, said traders are described as spiritual and physical assets of Afghanistan and we should hand in hand solve the poverty in our country and save the people.

To discuss ways of reducing prices of food staff and other necessary items and their business challenges some traders yesterday Sunday October 31 2021 met Islamic Emirate governor in Farah.

Presenting traders, Mowlawi Abdu-l Qader said one of the main reasons behind increase in food staff prices and market recessions is increase of taxes for imported items.

Lack of active banking system, having caused problems for traders in Nimruz, also has had big role in food staff prices increase he added

Mowlawi Abdul Khaleq Abed, the Islamic Emirate governor in Farah, said traders are described as spiritual and physical assets of Afghanistan and we should hand in hand solve the poverty in our country and save the people.

Promising a quick response from central government, he said he would do his best to solve the traders` problems.
